Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 September 2026

Games is a small, free service that hosts simple HTML games and lets people play them inside Telegram or in a web browser. It is run by one person as a hobby, not by a company. By using it you agree to what follows. If you do not, please do not use it.

The service

• Use is free, and there is nothing to buy.
• Access is by invitation. It can be granted, changed or withdrawn at any time, for any reason, without notice.
• The service may change, break, or be switched off permanently at any time.
• Games are uploaded by the people who run the service and run inside your own browser.

Using it fairly

Please do not:

• upload anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to share;
• try to break, overload or get around the security of the service, or use it to attack anything else;
• use it to store or move anything sensitive, confidential or valuable.

Anything uploaded may be removed at any time, without notice.

Your data and your Google account

• What the service stores, and how to remove it, is set out in the Privacy Policy.
• Connecting Google Drive is optional. If you connect it, you are responsible for your own Google account, and you can disconnect in the app or from your Google account settings at any time.
• Game saves are kept in your own Google Drive. Deleting, moving or renaming those files yourself may lose your progress, which cannot be recovered.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. There is no promise that it will work, that it will keep working, or that anything stored through it will be kept safe or be recoverable. Saved games may be lost at any time. Keep your own copy of anything you would be sorry to lose.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the person running this service is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of it, including lost data, lost progress or lost time.

Changes

These terms may change; the new version will appear on this page with a new date above. Continuing to use the service means accepting the version published here.
